Fitness Concierge /  Lead Trainer

 

Erika is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor who specializes in circuit training, high intensity intervals, strength and kickboxing to produce effective results. Her enthusiasm for fitness and helping others allows her to motivate and push people beyond their limits. She creates a fun, welcoming environment where all fitness levels can enjoy many different forms of exercises. When she isn't teaching a boot camp or circuit training class, she is training people one on one or continuing her fitness education. 

 

Certifications:
Erika Morrotta is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, with a BA in Communication.

Claire Eckert

Fitness Concierge / Yoga Specialist

 

Claire began her yoga practice as a teenager growing up in rural Ontario.

 

Now 15 years later, she lives in D.C. and is a graduate of a 108 hour Anusara immersion and 200 hour Power Vinyasa teacher training program.  In the studio, Claire encourages students to explore their edges with safe alignment and breath. Students should expect to be both challenged and cared for in her classes.

Dieu Tran

Fitness Concierge / Yoga Specialist

 

Dieu first took a yoga class about 4 years ago that she had no idea was an Ashtanga class. Even though the class was challenging, she became enamored with the focus of using breath as a means of physical control. After a few years of regular practice, Dieu embarked on her journey to become a Yoga instructor.  Dieu explains her passion for teaching yoga is to help introduce new yogis to the art of slowing down the madness of everyday life by bringing the calming balance of breath and movement that yoga has to offer.
