What is one of the biggest components to getting the best workout possible?

The answer??  Finding the MOTIVATION you need to get started. 

Take a minute and ask yourself what motivates you?

For many, the answer is RESULTS!

 

 

Now results differ from person to person. Not everyone wants to lose weight. Some want to improve their physical appearance, health, or increase energy levels. Regardless of the results you are looking for, we would suggest meeting with a VigorFIT Personal Trainer to discuss your goals and the possibility of working with someone for a few sessions. The truth is having an organized program created specifically for you will get you the results you want. A VigorFIT trainer will be able to prescribe exercises for 3-5 days a week. They know how to progressively change exercises to keep your program fresh so your body does not plateau. Building lean muscle will kick start your muscle’s metabolism. By doing this, your body will get stronger, leaner, and increase your calorie burn all day everyday. Once the results stop, motivation does as well. In order to keep you motivated and keep the results coming, your trainer will revamp your program.
