This is an add on circuit every exercise to be performed for 30 seconds. Set your alarm for 12 minutes and go. 

 

  1. Jumping jacks. Then 30 seconds rest.

  2. Jumping jacks, push ups. Then 30 seconds rest.

  3. Jumping jacks, push ups, squat jumps. Then 30 seconds rest.

  4. Jumping jacks, push ups, squat jumps, alternate lunges. 30 seconds rest.

  5. Jumping jacks, push ups, squat jumps, alternate lunges, plank. 30 seconds rest.

  6. Jumping jacks, push ups, squat jumps, alternate lunges, plank, mountain climbers. 90 seconds rest.
