Program Overview: This interactive and supportive program is aimed at providing tenants with the knowledge and confidence to make the most out of their time in the office gym. Our experienced fitness instructor will guide you through the following: * Introduction to Equipment: * Learn the Ins and outs of the gym equipment available. * Understand proper usage, settings, and safety features. Personalized Fitness Orientation: * Receive guidance on setting up equipment based on your fitness goals. * Learn how to adjust machines to match your comfort and fitness level. Effective Warm-up and Cool-down: * Understand the importance of warming up before exercising. * Receive guidance on cool-down stretches to enhance recovery. Fitness Etiquette: * Learn about proper gym etiquette to ensure a positive and respectful environment. * Understand how to share equipment and maintain cleanliness. * Goal Setting and Progress Tracking: * Discuss your fitness goals with the instructor for personalized advice. * Learn how to track your progress and celebrate achievements.
