Recognizing that your busy Washington DC Lifestyle may conflict with a set standard class schedule, VFITDC now provides the opportunity to creat you own group. 


How to: Create Your Own Group!


1. Organize a small group of 4-8 fellow VFITTERS (other fitness enthusiasts, friends, family, co-wokers with a similar schedule). We will provide the certified fitness coach/trainer as well as all the firtness equipment to have your own fitness program that best fits you and your schedule. 


2. Submitt your Choice of program and preferred time slot to fit your weekly schedule and we will get your group up and running.
